Patty in the office is super helpful and knowledgeable. The staff at Crestwood is extremely helpful and warm. The ladies in the office will go an extra yard to answer your questions or concerns. The maintenance staff will handle small repairs at your home, sink leaks, power washing, install updated smoke & CO alarms, thermostats, etc. For larger jobs they refer to Stanley Contractors - licensed electricians, etc. The clubhouse can be rented out for private parties or small weddings; it's truly an impressive club house. Very knowledgeable and helpful office personnel. Best board of Trustee in over the ten years I have lived here; they are actually fiscally responsible.
The building is nothing special. The board raises HOA fees and cuts amenities, and there is no pool. Everything has to be approved by the board, leaving residents with no freedom.
