The complex is clean, quiet, and pleasant to live in. The grounds are neat and clean with nice landscaping. It's a beautiful hidden gem near the Strip with convenient access. Residents love living there, and maintenance is great and friendly. The 55+ community is well kept and features a nice clubhouse, a pool, and walking paths. The security at the gate provides a sense of safety that residents appreciate. It's one of the best 55+ living options in Las Vegas.
The security guard Simpson was very rude and racist. The guard never handed the resident a pass on the first visit. Simpson was unprofessional and does not represent the condo community or his employer. It is saddening that someone would play with another's life due to skin color. The gate guard would not let DoorDash in, ruining a birthday gift and costing money. The HOA board is run like a broken dictatorship, and the meetings are a total joke.
