Review

Malone Manor, a community recommended by "A Place for Mom," has certainly lived up to its reputation as a warm and welcoming facility. During a recent tour, I was impressed by the kindness and hospitality shown by every staff member I encountered. The tour guide was not only sweet but also informative, providing me with all the necessary information to make an informed decision about my loved one's future living arrangements. Any questions I had were promptly answered, contributing to an overall pleasant experience.

I am incredibly grateful to both "A Place for Mom" and Malone Manor for helping my mom and me find a comfortable, affordable, clean, and safe place to call home. My mom's happiness is of utmost importance to me, and this community has provided just that - a sense of security for her while allowing me to relax knowing she is well taken care of.

One aspect that stands out about Malone Manor is the exceptional job they do in terms of customer service. The office staff go above and beyond in ensuring residents' needs are met promptly and with a friendly attitude. Moving can be daunting, but thanks to their support, the transition from my loved one's old apartment to this new one was smooth and expedient. Communication with them has been effortless, as they are always prompt in responding to inquiries or concerns.

However, it is important to note that there was one minor complaint during the move-in process. Upon arrival at my loved one's new apartment, we discovered that it required additional cleaning before it was up to our standards. In particular, the kitchen had not been thoroughly cleaned after the previous resident moved out. While this was slightly disappointing, it did not overshadow the overall positive experience we have had at Malone Manor.

In addition to the warm atmosphere created by its staff members, Malone Manor boasts an attractive building design situated conveniently near various transportation options and shopping centers. This location provides residents with easy access to all their needs while offering a visually appealing backdrop to their daily lives.

Overall, Malone Manor has proven itself as a community that excels in providing affordable, comfortable, clean, and safe living arrangements. The kindness and helpfulness of the office staff make them truly stand out, as they prioritize effective communication and timely responses. Although there was a minor inconvenience during the move-in process, it did not detract from the overall satisfaction we have experienced. Choosing Malone Manor has been a decision that my mom and I are incredibly grateful for, as it has provided her with a welcoming home and allowed me to find peace of mind.
