Red Lodge Rentals is awesome. Laura at Red Lodge Rentals is an angel. The landlords are excellent to rent from, through thick and thin. Red Lodge Rentals has been amazing to work with. The homes are spacious, well-stocked, and very comfortable. The property owners are attentive, kind, and professional. Red Lodge Rentals provides exquisite care for guests. The service is highly communicative and responsive. The accommodations are beautiful and well-maintained with thoughtful extras. Extras like Teddy Grahams for kids and coffee are appreciated.
They were deeply disappointed with Laura's customer service. The lawn at the rental had not been mowed by the first weekend of June, despite paying a thousand dollars per night. Laura kept giving excuses for why they could not have someone come to mow the lawn. They would have mowed it themselves if a mower had been provided.
