Staff is kind, caring and compassionate. Gail, Jason, Beth, Jane, Tracy and many more are rockstars. They have been rated a top facility by the people in Central MN and by US Magazine! COVID was difficult, but they made many things possible. What a fabulous new retirement community! It is located in a beautiful wooded setting yet close to small town, downtown St. Joseph. He loves his apartment, the staff is great and he is enjoying making new friends.
They fired a staff member because they didn't like her political beliefs. They fired the woman doing that job because she is engaged in politics. The owners' disagreement over politics is more important than residents' well-being; this is disgraceful. Marketing was misleading and dishonest about mask requirements. Woodcrest's prices were 43% higher than those for identical services at a nearby facility.
