The newer homes are very nice on the inside and out. The management company is awesome. Staff members Craig, Justin, Claudia, and Don are really helpful. There have been many improvements; the park is starting to get cleaned up. It is peaceful in the backyard. The people in the community are wonderful. It is conveniently located near malls, groceries, hospital, and bus routes.
They had a terrible experience living there due to an unprofessional and unreliable maintenance team, with requests taking forever and work often being poorly done or not done at all. The office staff were not better, with poor communication and a sense that they did not care about residents' concerns; management lacked respect and accountability. They would not recommend living there. Dogs attacking people, cats, and other dogs raised serious safety concerns. Each mobile home was supposed to have two parking spots, but residents sometimes received only one. It took two months to move in; neighbors constantly parked in their spots, and moving out was a hassle with others parking in their spots; management terms were problematic.
