The facility is clean with no odors and all private rooms, and the staff are very helpful. The staff go above and beyond to keep residents and their families comfortable and provide a peaceful end-of-life experience. The environment is peaceful and the staff are kind and caring. The transportation service is a godsend, with courteous assistance from staff like Eric. Staci Drollinger is very helpful and kind. The aides work hard and the nursing staff are caring. The rehab program is excellent and makes residents feel at home. The dietary staff are outstanding and the food is excellent. Lakeview Manor is a warm and caring facility with wonderful staff who are genuinely dedicated. Misty and the CNA team (Clara and Lesa) are outstanding and go above and beyond to ensure residents are not alone.
