Jody is amazing. Jody and the mom are like two peas in a pod. She accomplishes a lot in a day. She cleans the house, prepares meals, cleans up, does dishes, and cares for clients. She covers many shifts and does so much more. She decorates and makes everyone feel important. She bathes and dresses clients, makes beds, and gives her heart and soul to each person. She is a huge asset to the house and the clients; she makes the house their home. Any agency would be honored to have her as an employee. Jody loves what she does and it shows. The staff under Jody's leadership are patient and caring. Mary was cared for, loved, and well looked after during her stay.
There was inadequate caregiver coverage and support. Care for a dementia patient was not properly managed, including failing to change briefs every two hours. A staff member was not able to safely move the patient, hindering proper care. No additional staff were brought in to provide support.
