The understanding was that they would have experienced caregivers when it came to dementia, and that they would be able to take our loved one on outings. There were some great caregivers. My mother likes the two staff members who have come to help her. Having Synergy Care has helped us put off placing mom in an assisted living facility for a while. Synergy Home Care was very helpful in providing a solution when my aunt was released from rehabilitation and required someone with her in her home. I found the key contacts at Synergy's office to be genuine and always helpful. Great Staff. The care they provide is a cut above the rest. They are highly trained and go a step above their training and are excellent. He is patient, kind, and polite to my dad. Very professional yet friendly.
