Hopkins Village Apartments are really nice. The staff who work there are great. The property is well maintained. It is a nice and secure place. The ladies who run the place are nice, and Melissa is very helpful. Tenants are great. It is very nice and affordable.
They charge residents $3 for a plate of Thanksgiving dinner, which is ridiculous. Residents must call in a work order even when standing in front of the leasing staff who won't address their concerns. They only change filters once a year and do not provide additional filters for residents. The management is mismanaged, to put it politely. The office staff are rude. The property is not cleaned or properly maintained. Residents feel like they live in a prison.
