The place has great potential and is very attractive. The former manager was effective in taking corrective actions. The current manager is absolutely a gem. There are benches outside to enjoy the green landscape. The on-site laundry adds convenience and makes North Street Apartments a wonderful place to live. Residents love living there, with the community manager and maintenance staff always available, friendly, and eager to please. The exterior and grounds are lovely and well kept. The jail part of the historic building looks great. Maintenance staff is pleasant, nice, and hardworking. There is a Senior Center nearby.
