Review

Living in a nice neighborhood with pleasant surroundings is a dream for many. One property that seems to fit the bill is currently undergoing renovations, but unfortunately, there are no openings available at this time. However, the manager of the property was described as knowledgeable and friendly, making potential residents feel welcomed and valued.

While the property itself received positive remarks, some aspects were lacking in terms of cleanliness. The previous tenant's residue was not thoroughly removed from various areas such as the bathroom, kitchen cabinets and drawers, stove, refrigerator, and carpeting. Although these issues were brought to the attention of the maintenance staff, it seemed that further action was required for improvement.

One particular concern was the range hood above the stove, which had peeling paint on its underside. Additionally, missing oven racks prevented one tenant from cooking their Thanksgiving Dinner. Fortunately, after several attempts, a replacement range hood was provided along with correctly sized oven racks. It can be assumed that this shows a willingness on behalf of management to address and rectify any problems reported by residents.

Another problem encountered in the entryway was dead bugs found within a light globe. The maintenance team promptly addressed this issue by removing and cleaning out the light fixture. This demonstrates their commitment to maintaining a clean and bug-free environment for all residents.

However, concerns regarding carpet stains were met with mixed responses from management. While they promptly spot cleaned the affected areas upon request, it seems that there may be underlying issues with either the carpet or padding itself. A faint smell of mold emitted from one bedroom's carpeting led to a written report asking for proper maintenance actions and even replacement if necessary. Surprisingly though, responsibility for carpet cleaning was placed on the resident rather than being resolved by management.

Overall, despite some shortcomings in cleanliness and maintenance response regarding certain issues like carpeting and bugs in light fixtures, this property still holds promise due to its charming neighborhood and well-mannered staff members. With ongoing renovations, there is hope that any remaining problems will be adequately addressed in the near future. Ultimately, this property has the potential to provide a comfortable and enjoyable living experience for its residents.
