They claimed the device wouldn’t work due to something that happened during shipping. The facility smelled like urine and feces and attempted to mask it with dryer sheets in the vents. Beds were broken, there were no pillows for patients, bed linens were not changed, and no food was provided if the patient could not feed themselves. There was total neglect of care. The grandfather was left calling for help for a long time and was found on the floor yelling; he was not treated well.
