Very nice people. The Muncie Inn is a better place to live than there. The rent is cheap.
The place does not care about its tenants. It has had bedbugs for over six years. The manager repeatedly asked tenants for their card numbers and invaded privacy with inspections. Some tenants have been left with no air conditioning. A tenant was told they couldn’t leave their room, and others were told they couldn’t go to other rooms. The management has done nothing for the reviewer’s grandmother and is abusing the disabled and elderly. The property is dirty outside and inside, with drunks and drug users, making it not safe.
