Vita is a beautiful building with lots of activities and fun things to do. There are lots of smiles and happiness at Vita. Under new management, Vita is very clean, with friendly staff, spacious apartments, and a beautiful patio area. The kitchen offers top-notch food with the new chef, and there are daily activities; Vita is pet-friendly. The administration and the entire staff are truly amazing people.
During visits, staff members are seen sitting outside smoking instead of providing care, and CNAs or nurses are rarely present when needed. The facility is described as a terrible place to live, with workers and management described as disrespectful. A relative reportedly had unexplained broken bones and bruises.
