The staffing was light and not very present during the visit. The parking was extremely limited and would not be sufficient if all residents had visitors at the same time. There were no unpleasant odors, but it is unclear if there would be enough space for all residents and their visitors.Neal Home is a fantastic facility for seniors, offering a cozy and intimate environment with only 14 residents. This small size ensures that each resident receives personalized and one-on-one care, which is truly exceptional. The rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds, attached bathrooms, and furniture to meet the needs of the residents.

Although during my visit, I noticed that staffing was relatively light, it did not detract from the overall positive experience. However, one downside is the limited parking space available. If all residents had visitors simultaneously, it could potentially pose an issue.

A highlight of my visit was attending a birthday celebration held in their spacious meeting room which also featured an attached sun porch. It provided an excellent venue for gathering with friends while enjoying the festivities. Furthermore, I appreciated that there were puzzles available for entertainment alongside children's toys so that our kids were occupied while we conversed with our friends.
Overall, Neal Home offers an outstanding living arrangement for seniors seeking personalized care in a welcoming environment. With its small resident capacity and dedicated staff members who prioritize individual attention, it creates a sense of belonging and contentment among its residents.
