The staff was always friendly and willing to help with any needs that residents had. The residents seemed happy, and the grandmother always seemed cheery, reflecting well on the staff. The resident admitted for rehab after a stroke is treated very badly by all of the staff. The resident was not bathed in a timely manner, reportedly going 11 days without one. The staff take forever to answer the call bell and talk to him very rudely. There is not enough staff to accommodate all residents. The resident's bed is broken and they will not replace it. The facility smelled strongly during visits, which was a major turn-off. The reviewer would not recommend this place to anyone, and the state needs to investigate.
