The tour guide was very pleasant. Everyone they were introduced to was very nice. They offer activities, movies, and little trips. They are phenomenal and provide meals, medicine assistance, bathing, clothing, and laundry. Everything is wonderful, and the staff are very attentive. The food is very good and homemade, with an onsite kitchen staff. The facility is all on one floor, which is nice. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very nice.
The reviewer wasn't as impressed with Monticello Villas of Hollybrook as the other place they visited. Monticello Villas of Hollybrook wasn't as cheery or well kept up, perhaps because it's older. It didn't offer a gluten-free option. The place needed updating; perhaps it should be repainted. The reviewer was not satisfied because the representative spoke to them dismissively before the tour. They weren't going to provide a tour until a complaint was made. A staff member gave them a quick tour that wasn't very good. The staff member wasn't interested in them. One apartment was empty and very small. The facility changed executive directors four times in a year. The staff turnover was very high and CNAs didn't stay long enough to be trained to handle moving or bathing residents.
