The warmth here goes beyond the walls and into the lives of neighbors and staff who go above and beyond to keep things running smoothly. I'm grateful for the kindness and care that I've experienced, especially from those who have touched my daily life in meaningful ways.

Marek, the maintenance supervisor and manager, has been a standout in every sense. He handled a clogged tub that had me worried and frustrated, especially as I deal with hair loss from Systemic Lupus Erymythosis and Rituxan infusions that I receive at the hospital. Marek approached the repair with patience and genuine care, demonstrating what true customer service looks like. He was calm, respectful, and thorough, taking the time to fix the drain so it works reliably again. It matters so much when someone treats you with kindness during a stressful moment, and Marek did just that. I even bought a hair catcher from Amazon to help, and with the tub drain fixed, it's working well now. In addition to the tub, Marek also addressed a refrigerator issue, making sure life at home stayed comfortable and predictable. His helpful hands and thoughtful approach have made a lasting impression.

LeAnn, whom I affectionately call Miss LeAnn, is a wonderful and kind property manager. Her presence is steady and reassuring, and it's clear she takes pride in her work. I notice every day that she's at her desk, consistently focused and ready to assist. She is dedicated, hardworking, and wonderfully organized in her office, which translates into smooth communications and timely help for residents. Her kindness shines through in every interaction, from quick responses to thoughtful gestures, and her professionalism makes a real difference in how comfortable and supported I feel living here.

I'd also like to acknowledge Enid, the previous property manager, who was another wonderful and kind presence in this community.
