The mother loves the staff and enjoys the activities, especially music and dancing. Since the pandemic, residents have received impeccable care and been kept safe and healthy. Lauren Sims provides excellent leadership, reflected in the care provided to residents. Fellowship Home at Meriwether is a sweet place with caring, attentive staff. The food at Fellowship Home at Meriwether is very good.From the moment our mom joined Fellowship Home at Meriwether, she became part of a caring community that has been a steady source of comfort for our family. She has been a resident here since early 2019, and we have been consistently impressed by the kindness and dedication of the staff. The facility feels bright and welcoming, with gathering spaces that invite residents to interact, socialize, and stay actively involved in a wide range of activities. It is evident that the environment is designed to be safe, supportive, and warm, giving our family real peace of mind that she is in good hands.
In memory care, our mom moved in October 2019, and the care she receives is second to none. The most important thing, in our view, is that she is loved by the wonderful staff who care for her every day. They treat her as if she were part of their own family, and she responds with affection for each person who greets her. This heartfelt, family-like approach makes a meaningful difference in her daily life and in how she experiences her surroundings.
She is drawn to the enriching activities offered at the community, with music being a standout favorite. The staff plan and facilitate experiences that bring joy and meaning, and she especially loves dancing to the music. It's wonderful to see her engaged, excited, and eager to participate, which speaks volumes about the quality of programming and the warm relationships she has with the caregivers who accompany her.
The care team has continued to provide impeccable support through challenging times, including the COVID era. Our family has been grateful that the residents have remained safe and in good health, with consistent, compassionate attention to their well-being.
