The community is generally friendly, with a welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent, offering convenience and accessibility. The park has an amazing pool and is very clean. The clubhouse is well kept, with a nice pool/workout facility. The scenery is beautiful. The people are very friendly. Bingo was a blast and attendees would definitely go again. Dinners and dances bring together a great group of people.
The place is HORRIBLE. The management is unfriendly and horrible to work with in any aspect. Living there is horrible. Prices are unbelievable and fees are outrageous. Parking is towed fraudulently to gain more money. The lot rents keep climbing while management does nothing to fix problems. It got to the point where residents were embarrassed to say they lived there because of how dumpy the neighborhood looked.
