It is nice and quiet. It is beautiful. They enjoy going to Publix of Flagler Beach. The staff is extremely helpful and the store is very clean, with customers able to find what they need. The Platinum-built 55+ villas are in a beautiful area. The tree-lined streets are beautiful, and it's pleasant to see people enjoying outdoor activities.
The promised carefree no-maintenance lawn service was not delivered. They would have to do their own weeding as weeds grew freely in the bushes and around plants. They were told there would be a clubhouse with a library and activities for the 55+ community, but that was not true. They were told there would be a bocce ball court, but that was not true. They were disappointed that what was sold to them at purchase was not delivered.Huntington at Hunter's Ridge is best suited for active, independent seniors who want a low-maintenance, villa-based lifestyle in a quiet, tree-lined stretch of Ormond Beach.
