VW and Enclave are great communities to call home. The sales team of Katy and Patrick does a great job attracting new clients. The resort-style amenities, including the clubhouse, two pools, tennis courts, and gym, make the community feel complete. The houses are gorgeous with open designs and lots of natural light. The warranty service team is outstanding and responsive, especially Chris. Repeat customers are a sign of good service.
The neighbors and residents in Enclave are absolutely rude. The people ruin the neighborhood and are a bunch of entitled nasty old people, not welcoming to newcomers. There is no security in the community, and theft has occurred, including the narrator's trailer. The clubhouse is inconveniently located on the far side of the main road. The development is sold out with no new lots available. The quality of construction seems not as high as expected, possibly due to the fast pace of construction. After closing, the after-sales service from Pulte is terrible and shows no care.
