He will put your loved one out and not even make contact with you to explain why. The Head Nurse, Angela, will run up your loved one’s medical bills, calling ambulances for things that are not an emergency and billing to Proxy care for medications when it is not necessary. They will send your loved one to the hospital at Jackson North for no reason just to get rid of them and then deny your loved one back. They will even send them to the Psychiatric Hospital under false pretenses. They are only in the business of collecting money. They leave them disengaged and sleeping all day. They even lie to A Place for Mom and tell them that your loved one is visiting, so that they do not have to pay the referral fee. Three months of wasted time with Colonial.
