For the January 11 gathering, in addition to the event space fee, there was a $450 cleaning/bottle fee, and again a $500 damage deposit. The bills also indicated that beer, wine, and soda were provided for the later reception. The final bill, paid on January 13, 2025, totaled $17,989.74 and included both refundable deposits.
