The caregivers are perfect and do everything from cooking to motivating the client. The weekend girl is getting into the groove and is great as well. The administration may be a little disorganized, but overall the services are excellent. They are very helpful and reliable, which is greatly appreciated.

The weekend girl is still getting into the groove of things.When it comes to caring for our loved ones, finding the perfect caregivers can be a daunting task. However, we consider ourselves fortunate to have found a team of caregivers who go above and beyond in taking care of my mother at her home. Specifically, the girl who works Monday through Friday is absolutely wonderful. She not only takes on all the household chores such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry, but also spends quality time with my mother, motivating her to do more. This level of dedication and companionship has made a significant positive impact on my mother's well-being.
Even the weekend girl, although still adjusting to her role, is showing great potential. Despite being relatively new to the job, she has demonstrated an eagerness to learn and provide outstanding care. It is comforting to know that even when the regular caregiver is not available, there is someone equally competent and reliable stepping in.
While our experience with the caregivers themselves has been exceptional, we must highlight one area where improvement is needed: administration. The lack of communication among the administrative staff has caused some disorganization in scheduling and addressing concerns promptly.
