They were helpful in getting section 8 vouchers and low-income apartments. Stephanie was very helpful and nice. The complex is very nice. The grounds are well kept. The units are nicely sized. People seem very happy and grateful.
There is black mold in some apartments. The apartments do not meet fire standards (bathroom vents are all together). The units are very cold in winter. When the wind is blowing, residents have to turn on the oven to stay warm.
