The lady owners are the most caring owners that I have ever met. The employees are impeccably dedicated and hardworking. Both owners came for Christmas with their husbands and handed out tons of Christmas presents to the Residents and employees. They accepted my brother there, and provide outstanding care for him. The staff truly cares about everyone there. It was a blessing for me to be here. The staff and owners at Birch changed his life and filled him with hope and joy.
