Cons
The price increase was disappointing and made the community unaffordable for the individual.
The price that had been quoted initially did not match the actual cost, causing a negative impression.
Despite the home being clean and well-maintained, the increased price hindered interest in choosing the community.
The initial advertised price was enticing, but ultimately unattainable due to the increased cost.

Review
When browsing through various housing options, one community in particular caught my attention. The advertised price seemed reasonable and sparked my interest enough to schedule a tour. On the day of the visit, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the homes. Everything seemed well taken care of and in good condition. The staff and residents, from what I can recall, were incredibly nice and friendly.
However, there was an unexpected twist that left me slightly disheartened. The initial price that had been quoted to me during the advertisement had mysteriously increased when it came time to discuss finances. Unfortunately, this sudden change put the community out of reach for my budget at that point. It's worth mentioning that this turn of events was disappointing since everything else about the community seemed appealing.
On a brighter note, my father is currently residing in this very same community and has nothing but positive things to say about his experience so far. From day one, he has been met with kindness and compassion by the entire staff. Their dedication to providing quality care is evident, which puts my mind at ease knowing that my father is receiving proper support.
One aspect which particularly stands out for my father is his dining experience within the community. He thoroughly enjoys his meals and appreciates the effort put into providing delicious and nutritious food options. Additionally, he appreciates the social environment present throughout the facility. Being able to engage with fellow residents in various activities has significantly contributed to his overall satisfaction with living here.
In conclusion, while my personal experience with touring this community did not go as planned due to an unexpected increase in price, I am still pleased with how things are progressing for my father who currently resides there. The dedicated staff continues to provide exceptional care and support for him daily, ensuring his comfort and well-being are prioritized. It brings me peace of mind knowing that he is content within this welcoming environment where he can enjoy both delicious meals and a vibrant social atmosphere.
