When I made the difficult decision to leave my mother in the care of North Lake Home, I had high hopes. Despite being thousands of miles away across the country and unable to visit due to both Covid restrictions and personal reasons, I trusted that my mother would receive the quality care she deserved.

Thankfully, this issue was eventually resolved, but it had unintended consequences on my mother's care.
