    Review

When it comes to finding the right care facility for your elderly loved ones, there is no compromise on quality and compassion. It is essential to ensure that the staff are friendly and accommodating, and the management has extensive experience in caring for the elderly. One such facility that ticks all these boxes is a great care facility I recently came across.

The staff at this facility seemed not only well-trained but also genuinely caring. They went out of their way to make residents feel comfortable and attended to their needs. The management team was exceptionally knowledgeable, boasting many years of experience in providing care for the elderly. This expertise instilled confidence in me as I considered moving my mother here as she reaches an age where she requires more attention and care.

After researching numerous facilities, this one stood out for its dedication to providing great care. Currently, there are no major complaints from residents or their families, indicating a high level of satisfaction. The facility seems to be doing a commendable job in delivering quality services while prioritizing resident well-being.

Upon visiting the facility, I observed a lovely home-like environment with clean surroundings and bathrooms. However, it was noted that some residents appeared sedentary, potentially lacking engagement or activities tailored towards maintaining an active lifestyle. Additionally, shared rooms were offered instead of private ones, which could be a consideration depending on personal preferences.

In terms of cost, this facility falls within an average range of $3,500-$5,000 per month based on the level of care required by each individual resident. While this may seem steep for some budgets, it is important to remember that personalized care and attention come at a cost.

One aspect worth mentioning is that Rediwheel transportation is the sole mode of transport provided by the facility. This suggests that most residents primarily stay within the premises rather than engage in off-site activities or outings. Depending on personal preferences and desires for more social engagement outside of the facility, this may be a factor to consider.

During my conversation with the facility's director, it was disclosed that the majority of staff members are Filipino, and there are always two staff members present 24 hours a day. This information provides insight into the multicultural aspect of the facility and their commitment to ensuring round-the-clock care for their residents.

In conclusion, this great care facility stands out as a choice worth considering when searching for an eldercare option. With friendly and accommodating staff, knowledgeable management, and a focus on resident well-being, it aims to provide exceptional care for your loved ones. While there may be minor observations such as sedentary residents and shared rooms, overall satisfaction seems high among current residents and families. Ultimately, the decision to choose this facility will depend on personal preferences regarding cost, transportation options, and level of social engagement desired outside of the facility.
