Both Joel and JJ assisted with personal care tasks such as showers and dressing, and their patience and courtesy shone through in every interaction. During the Christmas season, their support felt even more meaningful, and we came away with a strong sense of respect for their character - as gentlemen who were always pleasant and ready to help in any way.
