The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly, caring, and go above and beyond to help families. Valley Comfort is a family-owned community that treats residents like family. The owners and staff are wonderful, welcoming, and attentive to residents' needs. The meals are excellent and residents are well fed. The environment is safe, dignified, and filled with activities that engage residents. The manager knows every resident by name and provides personal, attentive care. The facility has beautiful landscaping and a pleasant, clean atmosphere. Families receive timely information and feel guided through the process with open communication. Valley Comfort is described as a godsend and a place where loved ones feel happy, cared for, and respected. The care staff are patient, gentle, and respectful, especially with dementia patients. It is highly recommended by families as the best place for their loved ones.
