Crystal made the entire process easy for the reviewer. Crystal was incredibly patient and supportive through it all. Crystal won Esther over with humor and helped her feel comfortable during the transition. Esther is thriving, with amazing care, good meals, and enjoyment of bingo. Perris Miranda has been superb at helping grandparents navigate issues and making them feel at home. The front desk staff are pleasant, professional, and welcoming. The Cedar Creek staff are friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about residents. Nikki and Kristin helped smooth out bumps, and the reviewers' parents love it there. Cedar Creek is a great place with wonderful staff and comes highly recommended. The food is fabulous, dining staff are attentive, and meals feel restaurant-like. The facility is very clean, bright, and cheerful, with residents who look happy. Jessica Adams is amazing, pleasant, and makes tours and events enjoyable. The grounds and amenities are beautiful, with a pool, walkways, a garden area, library, painting classes, a beauty salon, trips, and a shuttle service.
