Review

Two weeks have passed since we made the decision to place my mother in a senior living facility, and I am delighted to share that her experience thus far has been incredibly positive. From the moment she arrived, my mother has had nothing but good things to say about the staff, facilities, and overall atmosphere of the place. The friendliness and warmth displayed by the staff have truly made her feel welcome and at ease during this transition in her life.

Cleanliness is always a concern when it comes to selecting a living arrangement for an elderly loved one. However, I am relieved to report that the facility surpasses our expectations in this regard. The cleanliness standards are impeccable, which reassures us that our mother is residing in a safe and hygienic environment. In addition to cleanliness, we have also been impressed with the laundry service provided by the facility. It takes a significant burden off my mother's shoulders, allowing her more time to socialize and enjoy her new surroundings.

Speaking of socializing, my mother has quickly found joy in interacting with other tenants. The community atmosphere within the facility encourages friendship and companionship among residents. She thoroughly enjoys engaging in conversations with fellow tenants, sharing stories, and forming new connections. This newfound social life has boosted her overall happiness and wellbeing.

One aspect that has truly eased our minds is how effectively medication is managed at the facility. With my mother's advancing age comes a greater need for assistance in this area, and we have been greatly impressed by how well everything is handled. The staff ensures that medications are administered on time, helping my mother maintain her health and manage any medical conditions she may have.

However, due to the holiday season coinciding with my mother's move-in period, establishing a daily or weekly routine has proven challenging. Nevertheless, we understand that such disruptions are inevitable during this time of year. In fact, we appreciate that despite these challenges, the staff still goes above and beyond to accommodate our family's desire to spend time with my mother. They have been flexible in allowing her to leave the facility for a few days each week, enabling her to enjoy quality time with her loved ones.

Throughout this entire process, we have had the pleasure of working closely with Mary, Kino, and Mayumi. Their dedication and professionalism in helping my mother adjust to this new environment have been outstanding. They have listened attentively to our concerns, provided guidance when needed, and genuinely cared for my mother's wellbeing. Our gratitude towards them knows no bounds.

As we look forward to the coming weeks, we are hopeful that my mother will adapt even more smoothly to her new surroundings. The positive experiences she has shared so far give us confidence that this transition will ultimately prove beneficial for her overall happiness and quality of life. We remain grateful for the exceptional care she is receiving from the staff at the senior living facility and continue to appreciate their efforts in making this transition as smooth as possible.
