The staff are very friendly and provide a pleasant environment for rehab. The staff provided excellent care for Gran. Jen received great care, and the staff treated the whole family well. The staff are inviting and do an excellent job of caring for the residents; the facility is consistently clean. The memory care team listens and adjusts to family needs, with therapies that continually reassess and support movement and function. The grandmother's caregivers are extremely helpful and very nice. Everyone there has been very good, including rehab, housekeeping, and aides. Staff are pleasant, kind, and considerate toward residents' needs and feelings. The facility has a home-like atmosphere with qualified, caring staff, and has taken excellent care of both parents. Our dad is always fresh-looking, clean, and happy when visited. Edgewood has shown great changes with holiday decorations and activities; the staff are caring, and residents receive excellent care. People were pleasant and the place was clean. The building is very clean and wonderful, with all staff nice and professional. The staff are supportive, and residents are satisfied; meals look appetizing and nourishing. The care in skilled nursing is impeccable; therapists and nurses are approachable, helpful, and professional; no odor and good food.
