Kali Ehman is amazing. Kali is a huge asset for Signature. Kali is back and she’s a caring, compassionate, fabulous nurse. Kali is a wonderful nurse and very patient. The staff are always willing to help and do an awesome job. This is a very nice and clean place—a great place to feel at home. Wonderful facility with staff who are always willing to help and take care of residents. Several family members have received excellent care. Beautiful building with lots of love and compassion; a great team. The staff work great together and keep residents safe and happy.
They are neglectful. The staff are unresponsive to calls, with phones going unanswered for days. Some nurses were horrible, rude, and condescending, including an instance where a nurse tried to crush meds and give them with pudding to a resident with swallowing difficulties.
