Families are pleased with the care their loved ones receive. The staff are sweet, kind, and attentive to residents and their families. Kali Ehman is amazing and a huge asset for Signature. Jamie is a favorite aide who is always smiling and helpful. The facility is wonderful, and the staff are always willing to help. The staff consistently provide a positive experience. The staff work hard to keep residents safe and happy and are very clean. The staff are friendly, understanding, and respectful. Aides are kind and caregivers are nice, and Signature is recommended. The therapy department is great. Signature has a caring, collaborative team and treats residents like family. The dietary department offers excellent selections and is accommodating. The building is beautiful and filled with love and compassion.
Some of the nurses there are phenomenal but there is also a few them of that are horrible! One nurse tried jamming meds down a loved one who has swallowing difficulties, crushing pills and jamming them in with pudding. These few nurses were rude and condescending, and when reported to the [facility] they were told to remember this is the patient's home. After one day, another nurse who had come in with an aide was described as horrible the next time they were there.
