Wonderful nursing home. Everyone is very kind and informative. Bridget, that handles admissions is amazing and can help with all your needs. Can't brag enough on her and the Administrator! A great place to have a loved one, who will get the best care there is. One of the best nursing homes in the area. Clean, respectful, responsive and caring. Staff is polite, kind and knowledgeable, especially the DON and Bridget Brickles in the business department. They keep this place clean and smelling good here and they take care of the patient really well. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Very pleasant staff, readily available and helpful. Facility is clean and inviting. Crystal is a beautiful facility with wonderful staff! They really work hard to create a home like atmosphere and welcome you with warm smiles. The admission head at Crystal was very nice on the phone and accommodating in person. Great leadership and good people! One of the best facilities in Greenwood. They wouldn't send their worst enemies' grandmother there. Only a handful of staff actually care about the patients. Patients are left to sit in filth for hours. The facility has broken equipment in rooms and almost no cleaning. The floor in the patient's room was sticky for weeks. They would give negative stars if possible. People should not send their loved ones there. The staff were not attentive and would lie about what's going on. The mother almost died and the staff acted like nothing was wrong. Administrators were rude and unhelpful. They billed Medicare for care she wasn't getting. The work ethics of the staff are zero. This is not a rehab center; it is a nursing home.
