The environment is very clean and highly recommended. The place is amazing. The aides are appreciated and consistently kind to the resident who had a stroke. The staff are kind and caring; they form a wonderful team to work with. The longevity of the compassionate staff is second to none. Residents thrive with the activities, delicious food, and superb nursing care. The facility is considered the best nursing home around.
The facility smells horrible. There are rats at the facility. The toilets are disgusting. The bathroom cannot accommodate a wheelchair. The facility is very old. They gave up on her after four months of PT and OT and didn't give her much of a chance. She has been depressed since learning this.
