The staff were wonderful. All meals were included and very affordable in assisted living. The staff were friendly and bent over backwards to help her. The family felt comforted knowing mom was happy and cared for. She is always smiling and has many friends in the care center. Dan, the manager, is excellent and communication is spot on. The activities were very inclusive of all residents. The administrative and nursing staff make residents feel at home and maintain their dignity.

Several family visitation accommodations were suggested, absolutely none were implemented. The early deaths from the pandemic included their loved one, and there was no sympathy card or online condolence. The Board of Directors needs an awakening to the main problems of the facility.
