Twin View is an awesome place with great people. The office management and the physical therapy staff were very helpful, nice, pleasant, and friendly. The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in, and the resident was in good spirits. The workers were very helpful and unbelievably kind, and the residents were happier; the facility was very clean and had a great smell. The administrator is great and leads an awesome team. The management staff ensure residents are well taken care of while holding staff accountable. The nurses are nice when contacted, and Twin View was the best place for the loved one. Twin View offers amazing therapy programs, and Helen, Tiffany, and Wendy are wonderful to work with.
The facility is short-staffed and does not provide proper care for residents. Bed linens are not changed and are sometimes soaked with urine during visits. Some staff members are not welcoming, unprofessional, and hostile toward residents and visitors. Residents have not been bathed for days, indicating neglect of basic hygiene.
