The facility has nasty practices. The facility is full of Covid. The facility has a low rating. There were dead cockroaches on the floor; staff were terrible and not clean, making it unsafe for patient care. Nurses do not wear gloves when redressing PICC lines. A patient was left lying for two to three days with blood on sheets from arm wounds. The care given was a terrible example of patient care. Families felt that their loved ones were not getting proper treatment. The facility allegedly allowed a patient to develop sepsis because they wouldn't change a foley catheter.
