The staff at Gracewood is pleasant and goes above and beyond for their patients. The facility is clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for rehabilitation. The food at Gracewood is of high quality and enjoyable. Patients' needs are taken care of with great attention and care.
The nursing staff and CNAs neglect and over-medicate the residents resulting in untreated/unreported life-threatening conditions. The administrative staff could care less about your loved one or you. The lock-down unit is chock-full of psychotic/neurotic/sociopathic/psychopathic/schizophrenic residents. Anything that is not glued down will be stolen. This facility is substandard in terms of cleanliness, patient care, and level of interest in the patients by the employees. A cockroach was crawling across the cafeteria wall and the employee I notified laughed when I told them.
