The facility is amazingly clean, with a pleasant smell upon entry and very nice staff. The nursing and rehab facility is fantastic, with a friendly staff and a beautiful environment. The staff provide quality patient care with patience and genuine concern for residents. The staff are professional and friendly, making visitors feel welcome and well informed. Lake Park of Madison is a nice, professional healthcare community where residents are treated with respect and kindness. The staff members Athena, Rhonda, April, Josh, Kara, Vicky, Tyaunie, and Lynn are awesome and extremely helpful in getting loved ones cared for.
