Isle Nursing & Rehab is a great place that involves residents in all activities, and Allison Mattera and her staff do a great job. The Halloween event was wonderful for the community. The staff is amazing; Allie, the director of activities, is highly regarded. Sumaira McCloud has been a lifeline for families navigating difficult situations. The facility's staff cares deeply about residents and keeps the environment very clean; they consistently do their best to meet residents' needs. Natoya provides informative, patient, and understanding tours, making visitors feel secure about their stay. The concierge is very pleasant and informative. Heather from Laundry is friendly and helpful to residents' needs. Heather and Mary in Laundry are always on top of it; they ensure linens are fast, clean, and fresh, and Heather is deeply caring.
There was horrible internal communication, with fall-risk information not shared with CNAs, leading to inadequate care.
