• The Central Coast Nursing Home did their best considering it's a big facility and the staff were fantastic.
• The Central Coast Nursing Center is the best in town.
• Most of the staff members at the facility were professional and sincere about their work.

Cons

• The only problem was that a CNA was taking care of 13 to 14 patients, which is a common problem among such facilities.
• We had heard other families complain about their elderly relative being abused.
• In some cases we would find my grandma with extensive bruising on her body.
• Any complaints that were made did not get anywhere, and excuses seemed to be the only thing we got.
• Other than the obvious concerns we had (which was only a few times) there was really no other major complaints.
• Senior Living Concepts was run well, except for the few incidents that were reported by us, and other families.
