The staff at the facility are the nicest and extremely professional, from the front desk to the nurses and maintenance, and they take great care of residents. The therapists are amazing and deserve a huge raise. The staff are very nice and professional; they always smile and greet visitors. There has been a big improvement in the building since the new department heads started. The staff typically answers all inquiries. Country Villa is a great place; they provide very good food and show compassion to their patients. Los Feliz Healthcare Center is clean and shows residents making progress. The rehab at Country Villa Los Feliz Nursing Center was excellent, with attentive staff, comprehensive services, and excellent food.
The facility is HORRENDOUS and a dump. The head nurse and the director are terrible; they cover up mistakes and give slow responses from social services. The CNAs disappear for hours on end and the facility is extremely understaffed, leaving residents without assistance. The building has roaches and the staff are very unprofessional; calls are not answered. They refused to help a patient get around when asked for a walker, knowing he could not move easily.
