The place is wonderful. The mom is very happy there. They have been careful about Covid care for visitors and employees. They have been great with her for everything she has needed. All the staff from each department were very friendly and helpful.
The stepmother cannot walk and has brain damage. There was a large lump on her head and it was bleeding. Nobody told her father what happened, and she was left sitting in a wheelchair. When the issue was brought to their attention, staff said they didn’t know what happened. She ended up having bleeding on the brain. It seemed someone knew what happened, but they all played dumb.
