The RN Samora is the best in the world and deserves a blue ribbon. The cleanliness and level of care at the facility are unmatched. Every staff member is compassionate and caring. The facility is great, and the staff treat residents like family. The physical therapy team is excellent; Matt and Sasha helped a patient walk again. The nurses are nice and helpful, and the CNAs are great. The staff hosted a Christmas party for the residents, and they are very sweet. The facility has wonderful staff and management and provides excellent care.
The admissions were chaotic, with staff unaware of the patient's arrival, the room not ready, and records unavailable. The patient had to wait in an uncomfortable wheelchair due to a lack of preparation and empathy. After a fall, the family was never notified; staff dismissed the incident as an accident and promised training that should have occurred earlier.
