The staff is supportive and helpful. Maintenance is on top of everything and very reliable. Keri is amazing in helping residents through the process. Chris Zaskey is responsive, friendly, and eager to assist. Victoria is extremely helpful throughout the process. The maintenance team, including Junior and Cesar, is very efficient and helpful. The units are spacious and new. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe.
The property is nice but not well maintained, with door hinges needing replacement because doors slam. There is insufficient guest parking for a large community. The lake is said to breed bugs and should be filled in to create more parking. The pool and other amenities can't be enjoyed if guests can't be hosted.
